Amazing pasta

Had the mamas pasta sauce with spaghetti, absolutely amazing 10/10 will 100% be ordering this pasta & meatball dish again

Staff are amazing and the food is really good

Took 2 hours for delivery, restaurant kept answering the phone then hanging up. I called 24 times and didn’t speak to anyone. Food was freezing cold by the time it got here

Shit service, argumentative staff. Poor ordering system. Gourmet burger £9 comes with fries or chips Apparently didn't order chips! Counter staff tried to highlight the issue Apparently I had ordered the "single" which as per description, comes with fries or chips. Showed me the system and my "mistake" and despite highlighting to the manager, both were dumbfounded that the cost on their system was £9 Counter staff needs customer service training and the system needs changing BENES dalkeith was decent when it first opened

Unfortunately the food was very late being delivered, ordered at 1635 arrived at nearly 1800. I called the shop and was just told abruptly that " That order has left, should be with you soon". When it eventually arrived it was cold. Not even warm but actually cold. And in my opinion the contents of a munchies box is even worse if microwaved. Finally the last 2x I have ordered chilli cheese bites I have received some sort of Nutella dough balls. Sorry for such a negative review but I still think of a takeaway on a Saturday night as a treat and something I look forward to.

Food was ready on time for collection and packaged fresh. Nice to know it hasn’t sitting around waiting for me to pick it up. Great quality food and friendly staff.

Ordered calzone was totally burnt and extremely salty so couldn’t eat it Were regular customers and must say this is the only time we’ve been let down

The photo listed for the Nutella pizza is misleading. I phoned to add one extra dish to order and they wanted to charge twice for delivery?

It came an hour early?? Had it ordered to come for around 17:40, and it arrived at quarter to 5. My dad was still at work so his went soggy and cold before he came in. Waste of money

Food was wrong one item not there and instead of calling to see if I wanted anything else they just put a fiver in the bag leaving me with no dinner and no money or time to reorder anything so that was great and on top the didn’t answer the phone when I called

We've used Bene's for a number of years now. Food quality is excellent; portions are massive. Fish supper often gives us lunch the following day. Delivery time are quicker than the website advertises, which is great (so don't be put off ordering if you think the delivery will take too long - it doesn't!!!)

Hoogie wrap was not put together well at all. Other places make sure it wrapped up well and doesn’t fall apart.

Brilliant food

Easy to order online, although if you toggle from delivery to collect in checkout, it wipes your order, which is a bit boring. Told food ready for 1940 hrs. Went straight away and it was served straight away. Food hot and tasty. Fish supper had loads of fish and enough chips for 3. Plain half chicken tasty and crispy skin.
